The poster you were cautioning because he attacked someone stating TO has been one of the most impatient sounding here in the past 12months.
Thats why he reacted to someone stating a TO as he assumed a TO and SP would be higher right now and things would progress alot faster and is therefore a tiny bit disgruntled because he got it wrong.
And you read that as he was pointing out to others that thing take longer than expected.
Irony.
