I'm no expert on CBM / oil and gas but could someone help explain why they can't install the downhole pump, production skid and piping to the centralised flare at Nomgon-9 whilst Nomgon-8 is being drilled?
Seems like it would be possible and just curious as to why you wouldn't start dewatering Nomgom-9 now?
