    should have been...but the board basically bribed to get offer over the line! article in The Oz showing how there are a few extra sweeteners for board members...if deal gets across the line!

    given the low interest rates, and defensive earnings ( not too bad even during lockdowns) , I think the offer was a bit stingy!
