The company proposed to buy CCA is Coca-Cola European Partners (CCEP) which is traded on the NYSE. So if you wished to own CCA still you could buy CCEP and essentially own CCA as part the CCEP business. There is no option to convert or merge shares to CCEP as the proposed deal is for a cash buy out of all shares in CCA.
