One of the few companies that have gone back to pre covid prices. in fact slightly above pre covid price o think. Its a decent package given the state of the company 12 months ago so indicates they are confident. CEOs working closely with a chair like to look
after each other. The change of control clause says to me there is a view that they could be purchased or they wouldn't put in the golden handshake.
