Can't comment for long term holders, and commiserations for having holding reduced to scraps.
The terms seem good to me. Basically relisting as CCP without a name change? There'll be a super tight registry with only ~200m shares on issue and 54% to directors/CCP.
A point that needs clarification, are the milestones time frames from relist, or just over any rolling period. If from relist there's strong incentive (and you'd assume likelihood) of 2m rev from first 9 months of ipo.
That's what I take from it anyway.
