1) Tech company focussed on product not consulting/services
2) Recurring revenue model
3) Public listing on an exchange I can easily invest in. Relatively good disclosure on progress
4) Footprint in the US.
5) Growth of the market. Although I think they should focus on solving a problem in one vertical industry. I don’t think it’s realistic for such a small company to be spreading themselves thin and talking about being a platform.
6) Realistic market cap.
