It's really common sense, send SMS with click through payment options and lose a minor percentage of what is collected or keep the debt and pay on average $30 - $35 for each contact letter sent out to a debtor to an address which is probably not current or even worse sell your debts for .10 cents in the dollar.
Patience is a virtue with this share, an excellent management team who are building the business under the radar, once the fundies hit this watch out.
