I believe they have been spilling the Goss but the market is not responding. I don't believe CCR would be announcing this move without a bigger picture in mind and they wouldn't be going across there just to set 1 client. They already have a footprint in NZ see below link and also note when the company was incorporated and also the directors. To me the rollout in NZ looks like it has been on the cards for a while and this is really saying to NZ CCR has arrived.
