typically it might only be a small portion such as 5-10% of whatever is being tested and they'll compare results, cost and hopefully NPS and other metrics to the current as-is.

That is great news for a few reasons. 1, they have existing terms woth Suncorp which is mainly an insurer but is also a decent sized bank. 2, they seem to have a good product/service so any pilot is good for the increased probability of a large deal, but it also demonstrates their sales team is getting in with the biggest companies. 3, companies are like people, and subject to bias and social proof so of they land a big bank, it makes the decision easier for other banks to follow.
4, banks want better digital CX and this would be so muvh easier than building their own tech from the ground up.

i would have loved a BNPL update for the market hype benefits and higher amount of transactions but hey. good update, have added to my position (still in the red by a fair whack) but happy to see this kicking goals.

i loved the breakdown of numbers on acquisition... proves the upside and speed to increased margins if they acquire more traditional players.
