When you run a pilot you will take a portion of your book and set a specific period of time (say 6 months) and use the new product only (CCR) to work those files in the pilot. At the end of the period of time you will compare your pilot files with like for like files in your standard portfolio and will be able see results relating to better customer engagement, customer repayment, agreed payment plans etc.
From this data the company will then determine if the pilot was a success and if so they will then negotiate a contract with CCR
