• Lewis is founder - but has not been CEO - that position was held by Henschke recently - and now Andrew Smith who came in via ARMA acquisition
• Lewis continues to be a major shareholder
• you need to see CCR as 2 parallel businesses - 1) a full service domestic debt collection agency 2) an international digital platform that is an add-on to other's full service offering
• International is an entirely new space for CCR - the business has been totally domestic up till now
• but International is arguably the most exciting development - the software play has way more rapid growth opportunity than the full service model
• to run international requires someone to clock up serious miles overseas - Lewis is the man for the role
• being a board member back in Oz can easily be done by others

I see this as a completely sensible solution
