I written before about this I believe it is an issue but not a major issue. The link is just a convenience factor and if you chose not to click on it ok.
Credit clear is also a hybrid collection agency, digital is only 1 way of communicating. If you got a text from say AGL about an overdue bill and you were an AGL customer it would get you thinking, no different than to say receiving a phone call about an overdue bill.
Text messages are just another form of communication and are here to stay. Scams are around and always will be but we still need to keep living.
