Don't believe it is per annum but frustrating it does not say the length but it states total value of contract (estimate) I am guessing it would be for 3 years.
They do provide a guideline of their debt volumes referred in previous years below , and they will only collect part of the debt.
But YES they do have a good foothold in utilities AGL, Origin , Synergy, Sumo, South East Water, SA Water and Water Corp, and there would be more.
