My knowledge is that a ramp up of sms correspondence has increased in circa 12-months for persons behind in payments. More-obtrusive forms have died off.

My question to the forum is: why would a non-intrusive form of reminder; one with no material cost to government (in whatever form, in particular), or other provider (be it utility provider or otherwise), merit CCR NOT making $$$ in this market? And these service providers cannot simply make their own. It isn’t that simple.

CCR’s technology is impressive. And it fits within the realm of what government-type institutions WANT and MUST outsource.

I believe the current price action has more to do with general market opinion, and less to do with the stock - it is quite simply too small and less compelling at this stage.

My opinion is that there is no plausible argument or alternative service, which would make CCR anything but a winner in this business over the medium/long term. Short term, eh... who knows. Better off gambling black at the casino.

My take is that I would buy this business, if it weren’t listed on the ASX. And I feel in time, its true will eventuate.
