Davo from memory It has been referred to a SAAS both by Brenton and Lewis. The recurring revenue question might be worth clarifying at the next webinar, CCR could have recurring revenue for instance Suncorp have paid $800k for 2 years regardless of the messages sent- I would take it there must be a cap on messages sent but that money will be received later this year.
I also think they mentioned at a webinar they also get monthly amount from clients like Transurban and AGL but am not sure if it is based on messages or just the use of the platform.
