they should have to options for their billing, for small business's it should be $ per message, and for larger companies an enterprise model, so a subscription fee. or in order to encourage continued usage, provide a discount through longer term contracts like Suncorp. in all honesty Saas models are superior, low overhead margins that only get better as the company grows, build the software once and sell it thousands of times.
