Dim81 I think we are are on the same page but here's how I see the CC percentage will work

Credit clear has a mantra off not buying debt and from my understanding CSS don't buy it either they manage it. Please see attached link

So I will work through an example of how I got to a 10% commission

• Debt pool is $100 million
• Successfully Collect $50 million with the digital solution
• Total Success fee 25% equalling (12.5million) split say CSS 60% / CC 40%
• CSS Commission 60% of 12.5 million = 7.5 million
• CC Commission 40% of 12.5 million = 5 million (which is where I got the 10% commission figure, I am working CC % off the total pool collected)
