Just a thought , Andrew has moved to terminology of operational profitability defined below

• Operating profit eliminates several extraneous and indirect factors that can obscure a company's real performance.

So expenses such as redundancy and the $ for $ earnout clause payable to to ARMA vendors may not be included , don't know how much truth there is to this but I will ask the question at Mondays conference call.

I am just hoping they are not just determining there are more one off expense that can be left off the financials to increase operational profitability. .
