Most of the directors hold a reasonable number of shares and therefore they have financial conviction (in my opinion) and have a vested interest to ensure that the company performs well.
Maybe its about time the others coughed up with cold hard cash to show their financial conviction. In my opinion all directors should hold shares.

In qtr 1 FY24 revenue was up 24% on the previous qtr and a notable 47% on the pcp. ( maybe some attributable to new sites etc)

If some of this flows through to the bottom line then at these prices we are looking at a 10% yield.
I guess this business is still deemed to be carrying the overflow from the past and a few burnt shareholders but we know that this has changed.
The market is unforgiving and often wrong.

It will be Interesting to see the Dec results

Directors Fully paid ordinary sharesNumber Share options Number as at 30th June.
    Mr T Jugmans
    Mr L Given
    Mr S Budiselik 5,627,473 Options 11,485,472

    Ms J Elliott 61,379
    Mr R Hines 822,000

I think the risk is minimal at these prices but who knows.
