So in 2 year if CCZ makes $1 net profit and pays out the lot, due to the new shares you will get paid 73c..... but without the new cap raise, you might never gotten a div... So a catch 22.

Few other reason

• Disgruntled holders, some investors think all cap raises are evil
• Some investors have no idea, they wake up see 5% drop and sell without ever reading a headline
• Investors who needed a trigger to move to a different play.

Also much depend when they bought in and what their outlook was/is.

If they bought 10 days ago 4.5c without realising that CCZ needs a cap raise to fund drilling they might be put off now, realsing CCZ is at the start not in the middle of development.
