Globe’s Chief Executive Officer, Paul Smith, commented: “The signing of the
Community Development Agreement sees Globe take another important step
towards its end objective of developing the Company’s world-class, fully integrated
Niobium/Tantalum Kanyika Project. The Agreement, together with the full permitting
of the Project and the great progress we are making with finalising its associated
funding requirements, sets us up for the execution of the Project in the near-term. We
expect to announce the delivery of other critical Kanyika Project development
milestones over coming months, as our transition from explorer to producer draws
ever closer.”
