I really like the Trust Code acquisition — it’s a neat fit with minimal integration complexity. The business has a steep marginal revenue curve, especially given the high gross margins on codes, so adding volume with little additional cost makes it a smart move.
That said, I’m still not entirely clear on what the other business actually does. Integrating two businesses simultaneously is never easy, so hopefully they can execute the strategy well.
