at least we know they weren't sitting on unfavorable tests results at the time of the raise.
could be viewed essentailly as funding for plan b if it was required.
ive been trying to project the timing and need to raise capital when i invest, and i always get it wrong. things not going well, raise, things going well, raise. maybe i should try a new strategy. only take a holding after a 'things going well' raise is announced. institutions always seem to swoop in with derisked entry near bottom of gowth curve.
