maybe the treatment plant was not ready 24/7 to provide the feedstock and needed more notice (after being delayed so many times, they could have re-routed their feedstock for other purposes)
maybe they couldn't get a quantity needed to meet a threshold (did they have to supplement with natural gas?)
maybe the arrangement with the treatment plant ended?
maybe there is a technical reason they talk about natural gas in the fine print?
maybe they wanted to test natural gas and biogas and see if there is a difference for scientific reasons?
There could be many reasons 'natural gas' is mentioned in the fine print. Some more bearish than others.
