"IMO, the infant 'natural' hydrogen from in ground reserves is the big risk here now .... However, this will not 'save' stranded natural gas resources of the O&G majors OR be able to convert methane from waste water etc, which is an obvious niche but also obviously way smaller than replacing SMR, which is the holy grail."
It also won't yield any graphite, which some think will be Hazer's real key commodity.
