I think that was always the case. The current reactor is very specialised materials & construction.
My understanding is that the FortisBC reactor will be more of a cheaper standard material & construction.
It's happening just not as fast as some/most of us would like but that is the deal with this sort of cutting edge industrial scale development. No short cuts.
All announcements are VERY short on specific's so who would know. IMO the only indication that it is a commercial size runner, is the skin in the game of management via recent CR's. .
