Correct & they said ann at start-up - further info as testing progresses - so assuming they stay with 'start-up' 2023 & they are not going to be running over Christmas/New Year, then they have the rest of this week to start-up & ann.
I would assume it takes a while to 'shut-down' for Christmas/New Year, i.e. controlled cool down etc so say this Fri to 'shut-down' before pre-Christmas drinks/party onsite - assuming they have started up !! - then it has to happen today or Thurs.
My guess is they will not risk it this close to Christmas/New Year so as usual, HZR are behind schedule - so what else is new ? BUT I have been waiting since 2016 so another few weeks ...... something to help make the New Year HAPPY ... I hope.
