There has been so much cold commisioning, if anything like Oil & Gas commisioning surrounding delayed completion they should have this thing singing fairly quickly.
Circumstances are different and so on but i would be fairly confident they have troubleshot as much as they could for a seamless start-up (if there is such a thing).
I wait eagerly for the day we recieve the announcement of first production and the Technology is deemed viable and therefore scalable. $$$
