Yes, there is a second reactor and heat exchanger in progress, which are apparently heading for the CDP in the next short while. Anecdotally, MK2 should be capable of up to 700tpa H2.
The Canada reactor will be based on the MK2 design - internally vs hot-wall heated, and allegedly made using more readily available materials and processes.
