Usually the share price falls to near the issue price when there's a CR, but the strength in the price today is evidence that the market realises HZR is right on the cusp of their "make it or break it" moment and they're making good steady progress. Investors are now getting set.
And the whole company still has a MC of only $100m! There's huge upside potential from here (so long as the CDP doesn't blow up when they flick the switch).
