Maybe in the new year? Once we are punching out consistent operating numbers.
I'm thinking there will be some steady run-up testing and gradual temp rising to establish steady rates. They have run the current reactor 'cold' for a while and made graphite dust but obviously not in spec, but in general the plant all works. I personally don't expect top rates until December but I think being a small plant, 80% commissioned already...few weeks and its flat chat.
