Depends on if coded welding or similar required. Doing fire sentry for a ship in refit years ago was both boring and interesting seeing the layer on layer in a v shaped joining of metal plates on a warship.
The base of the Reactor is bolted clearly. The end of the top pipe is not shown in the Picture. Xray's and Pressure Testing assembly first likely.
