Like you, scratching my head a little as to why they took a bigger hit than SCG. I've been following their online updates on car parking, centre operations etc. and if anything I thought their impacts were comparatively modest.
Maybe a sign the valuation was modestly ahead of itself to begin with given the maturity of the asset.
