    I just noticed the SCG valuation is down only 10% which is very much in line with the VCX valuations. Begs the question whats the additional 4% for the Carindale shopping centre all about? Did they decide to add on another 4% just for giggles?
    Unless they can shed some light on the 25th I would suggest we copped a really piss poor valuation.
    Maybe time to hire a new valuer?
