Got a noobie question here I imagine for some of you here...
Bought 1,800 shares last year and just copped the first distribution from CDP.
All the docs/announcements stated 11.5c per share distribution, with 0% franking.
I was expecting around $207 as a dividend in my CDIA today, but was only paid $117 - working out to around 6.5c per share instead.
Can anyone explain to me please? New to investing, this is one of my first dividend payments. Thinking they might have withheld some of it because I don't think I've given CDP my TFN - but I'm not too sure.
