I can see no reason why every wastewater treatment plant near a major metropolitan area (that flares bio-methane) would not want to latch on to technology that makes money from a waste product and substantially reduces carbon emissions.
Every wastewater treatment plant, abattoir, landfill site ad anaerobic digester that produces bio-methane is a virtual urban well that never runs dry.
