Sure but how long would the 'tweaking' take & how much of a punishing would the SP take while the tweaking happens.
I am sure there will be plenty of tweaking anyway i.e. cheaper/simpler reactor vessel for sure BUT as long as the process can be run continuously in the current CDP design/build that IMO is the biggy. If everyone was 'sure' it will work at this scale, then the SP would be way higher & climbing. People still see engineering risk.
We will know soon, the sooner the better.
