They didn't say "methane", they said "natural gas" and that was the whole point of my query. The colours of hydrogen matter greatly. Currently almost all of the world's hydrogen is made via steam methane reforming (grey hydrogen), which produces an unacceptable amount of CO2. This forms the whole basis of the improved cleaner Hazer (hydrogen and zero emissions research) process.
