If there is any engineering occuring of electronic parts I would be dumbfounded.
Nothing on that plant control-wise wouldn't be stocked in Perth. The design end was done well and trully before this stage. Any changes would be control logic or process. Of which would be rates and temperatures, feed gas parameters, heat staging, etc etc.
If they need components for repair, when the equipment will all be SIL rated at minimum for operational safety, it would be an absolute failure for a component.
