They did mention the aim of finishing commissioning and then everyone would be going on a short break during Christmas/New Years. Not an out of the norm thing to do. Most probably a short well earned break for those working there and allow everyone to go for a fresh start in early Jan.
There wasn't any mention of failures during commissioning so most could assume the next step is for a staged introduction of feedback and process heating, maybe over a week or so for proper startup.
