When you think about it, raising $1mil from existing shareholders should be rather easy. Given it equates to around 33 shareholders taking their full allocation, you would have to assume that the top 20 shareholders plus the staff at CDX (provided they are shareholders) would all take up the offer given they would probably have a bit more information on the overall progress to work on than we do. That would pretty much meet the $1mil.
I would say that a fair portion of people on this forum alone would easily make up another large portion so it will be interesting to see how much they actually do raise. Anything under the $1mil would be a significant lack of confidence so Im hoping they raise significantly more than the $1mil and allow the extra. I suspect that will be the case.
