I received a call yesterday asking if I had received the docs and whether I had questions etc. I told him I had sent funds over a week ago for my full allocation. He responded by saying he doesn't have any shareholder info and doesn't know who's participated or not, he's just calling all shareholders. I asked him if they always provide this courtesy and he said yes.
A member from Peloton sent a follow-up email, I have provided details of the attachment below for those who haven't seen it. For what it's worth, I think CDX using a firm like Peloton is a positive. I think it would have been a poor reflection of management if no attempt to contact shareholders were made.
