    I know I will be supporting an EGM and hopefully get some change for the good and from what I am hearing everyone is fed up with the current turn of events so there will be good support from the shareholder base.

    Did anyone know that Lyramid was set up so that any sell off from management did not need any shareholder approval? Something about being a non material asset....unbelievable.
