Ann: CDY Engages Advisers to Facilitate Divestment from Lyramid, page-135

Rick I have posted before that I am not the sharpest tool in the pack and I am sometimes a bit slow. I have been thinking about the proposed sell off of Lyramid and remembered what has happened to one other stock that I hold - AVR - formerly AHZ. We sold off the CardioCel business and the infusion pumps business and put the immunotherapies company into administration, all without any shareholder approvals. Thinking about that I believe that shareholders will not be voting on the sell off unless it is to Company Executives.
