I have read this and in my opinion it clearly breaches these requirements which means it has to go for share holder approval.
If it was a positive strategic move for shareholders it would have been a good chance to sell where they are going. Instead the message in laymans terms is, if you smart arses want scuffle this then think again, we are compliant with the law.
We should all report this to ASIC and ASX.
