Ann: CDY Engages Advisers to Facilitate Divestment from Lyramid, page-97

I have admitted in previous posts that I am not the sharpest tool in the pack and it takes me a little while to think thing through and attempt to form an opinion. I would add that I don't always get it right. There is some outrage about Director Fintan Walton's company being invited to seek a deal for the midkine assets in competition with another independent company. What has been exercising my mind is the question of which organisation would be most aligned with the expectations of shareholders - would it be one which has a CDY Director and shareholder as one of its principals or would it be an independent organisation with no financial interest in CDY other than the "finders fee". I leave it to others to form their own opinion but I am happy to go with the company decision and await the outcome with interest.
