My friend, I do not believe you have read my post accurately. What i stated was that the announcement of the receipt of the approval will not have any real effect on the SP. I meant at that point in time, not the effect of MOUs etc.

That said, if you truly believe that is what the market is waiting on, i would be more than happy to be wrong! Especially considering the factory is already approved and receipt of documentation stating this approval is surely built into the SP as a formality.
