Jan listing would require documentation to be lodged with nasdaq and sec by now, it's a good 6 to 8 week leed time. as I keep saying hk and nasdaq ipos will not happen until some MOUs are turned into contracts, revenue has come in, telerhythmics acquisition has settled and intergrated, CDFA for the prizma and maybe fda and CDFA for the patch. all the above boxes ticked will ensure maximum ipo prices. no doubt exciting times ahead but just going to take a bit longer. I seriously doubt yacov will achieve the $30m rev performance shares. if he does that's c$60m pa revenue and based on a 50% ebitda margin his second performance shares will be an easy get. based on $60m pa of revenue and priced at a very conservative 5 times you would expect a market cap of c$300m or about $1 and share. all imo and dyor G13
