I seriously doubt yacov will achieve the $30m rev performance shares. if he does that's c$60m pa revenue and based on a 50% ebitda margin his second performance shares will be an easy get. based on $60m pa of revenue and priced at a very conservative 5 times you would expect a market cap of c$300m or about $1 and share. all imo and dyor G13
